This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets Limited (herein “the Company” or “VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

PROMOTION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A. Eligibility

1. 1. This offer is available from 25/8/2025 to 3/9/2025.
   2. This offer is exclusively available to new and existing clients who open their very first VT Markets trade and deposit during the promotion period.

   4. This offer is only available to the VT Markets’ Clients in the following countries/regions.

B. Campaign Mechanics

1. 1. To participate in this offer, you must:
      1. Opt-in to this offer via client portal after account registration.
      2. Fulfill the trading requirement to claim the rewards from this offer.
   2. Eligible clients will receive up to USD 300 based on their deposit requirement and trade on either of the following products within the 10 days of Flash Sale promotion period

1. 1. Your bonus will be auto credited to your trading account after verification.
   2. VT Markets reserves the right to stop clients claiming credit bonuses from promotions if your deposit is made via an e-wallet/cryptocurrency channel including but not limited to USTD, Neteller and Skrill.
   3. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions of any kind will not be considered new deposits and therefore will not be counted towards this offer.
   4. Only closed trades on the following instruments with a minimum of accumulated trading volume of $20,000, will count toward the trading requirement:

      · Stocks: TSLA, NVIDIA, COIN, META, UNH, ORCL, AMAZON, MSFT, HOOD, AAPL

      · Metals: XAUUSD, XAGUSD, XAUAUD, XAUEUR, XPTUSD, XAUJPY, XPDUSD, XAGAUD

   5. If a client trades using multiple accounts under the same user ID, VT Markets will automatically combine all trades on the following products to determine if the trading requirement is met.
   6. VT Markets reserves the right to exclude any trades that are held for less than 10 minutes or 600 seconds from claiming rewards from this offer.
   7. No Withdrawals or Transfers: Participants cannot make any withdrawals or internal transfers from their Participating Account during the competition period.
   8. VT Markets reserves the right to disqualify cashback claims for deposits made via e-wallets or cryptocurrency channels, including but not limited to USDT, Neteller, and Skrill.
   9. Internal transfers, balance or cash adjustments, and any form of Introducer/Affiliate rebates or commissions do not count as valid deposits for this campaign.

· Traded 12 lots of META and XAUUSD

· Held each trade for over 10 minutes

· Made no withdrawals or transfers during the promotion

D. Acknowledgement

1. VT Markets reserves the right to terminate and/or reject a client’s participation in the promotion if any of the present rules are breached and/or if there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.
2. VT Markets reserves the right to amend or discontinue the offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice.
