14th of September 2024 (Saturday) 10:00 – 14:00 (GMT+3)

Please note that the following aspects might be affected during the maintenance:
1. The price quote and trading management will be temporarily disabled during the maintenance. You will not be able to open new positions, close open positions, or make any adjustments to the trades.
2. There might be a gap between the original price and the price after maintenance. The gaps between Pending Orders, Stop Loss and Take Profit will be filled at the market price once the maintenance is completed. It is suggested that you manage the account properly.

Preguntas Frecuentes: Cambiar la Contraseña de tu Cuenta de Trading

1. A través del Portal del Cliente: Inicia sesión en tu Portal del Cliente, selecciona la cuenta de trading deseada, haz clic en el icono de engranaje y luego selecciona “cambiar contraseña”.

2. En la Terminal MetaTrader de PC: Ve a “Herramientas” > “Opciones”, selecciona la pestaña “Servidor” y luego haz clic en “Cambiar”.

3. En la App MT4 para iOS: Ve a “Configuración”, toca la pestaña de cuenta, selecciona el icono “⋯” junto a tu cuenta y elige cambiar la contraseña maestra.

4. En la App MT4 para Android: Toca el icono del menú (≡), ve a “Administrar cuenta”, selecciona el icono “⋯” y elige cambiar la contraseña maestra.

Si Olvidas la Contraseña de tu Cuenta de Trading

Restablece tu contraseña a través del Portal del Cliente seleccionando la cuenta de trading correspondiente, haciendo clic en el icono de “candado”, eligiendo “Olvidé mi contraseña” y siguiendo las instrucciones para recibir un enlace de restablecimiento en tu correo electrónico registrado.

Cambiar la Contraseña del Portal del Cliente

Inicia sesión en el Portal del Cliente, navega a “Perfil” > “Cambiar Contraseña del Portal del Cliente”.

Si Olvidas la Contraseña del Portal del Cliente

Haz clic en “Olvidé mi contraseña” en la página de inicio de sesión del Portal del Cliente, ingresa tu correo electrónico de registro y se te enviará un enlace de restablecimiento.

Contraseña de Inversor (Contraseña de Solo Lectura)

La contraseña de inversor permite acceder a las operaciones y el historial de tu cuenta MetaTrader sin permitir realizar acciones de trading.

Comprobar la Contraseña de Inversor

MetaTrader 4/5 para PC: Ve a “Herramientas” > “Opciones”, selecciona “Cambiar” en la pestaña “Servidor” y configura una nueva contraseña de inversor.

Dispositivos Móviles:

• iOS: Navega a “Configuración”, toca la pestaña de cuenta, selecciona el icono “⋯” en “Cuenta Actual” y elige “Cambiar Contraseña de Inversor”.
• Android: Toca “≡”, ve a “Administrar cuentas”, selecciona “Cambiar contraseña” y luego “Cambiar contraseña de inversor”.

Habilitar Alerta de Inicio de Sesión del Portal del Cliente

Activa las alertas de inicio de sesión a través del Portal del Cliente en “Perfil” > “Mi Perfil” para recibir notificaciones por correo electrónico de inicios de sesión desde nuevas ubicaciones.

Reactivar una Cuenta Archivada

Las cuentas archivadas debido a inactividad prolongada no pueden reactivarse. Para volver a operar, inicia sesión con tu correo electrónico original y abre una cuenta adicional a través del Portal del Cliente. Recuerda que no puedes volver a registrarte con los mismos datos personales si ya has tenido una cuenta en vivo en VT Markets previamente. En su lugar, abre una cuenta adicional siguiendo los pasos indicados.

Nota de Seguridad

Para proteger tus fondos, la función de retiro se bloquea durante 24 horas después de cambiar la contraseña del portal del cliente. Consulta el mensaje emergente en la página de retiros del portal del cliente para más detalles.
