Terms of Use

This offer is provided by VT Markets, traded under VT Markets LLC (herein “the Company” or “ VT Markets”), to the Company’s clients.

1.  This offer is available from 28 November 2023 to 31 December 2023

2.  This offer is open to VT Markets’ existing clients that are able to access this offer via their Client Portal. Clients who are unsure rewards@vtmarkets.com.

3.  By participating in this offer, clients acknowledge that they have read and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Use, the VT Markets ClubBleu General Terms and Conditions, and the VT Markets Client Agreement.

4.  This offer is available to all VT Markets clients who have received a Golden Ticket issued by VT Markets during the offer period.

5.  Clients may receive more than one (1) Golden Ticket over the course of this offer. Each Golden Ticket represents one (1) chance to win a prize in the lucky draw. Clients may check the number of Golden Tickets they have by going to their Client Portal – ClubBleu – My Activities

6.  The lucky draw will be conducted on 1 January 2024, with winning Golden Tickets being chosen at random from among all the Golden Tickets issued as part of the offer.

8.  Each participant is entitled to win one (1) prize from this offer.

9.  Winners will be contacted by VT Markets to confirm their identities and delivery information (if applicable) via email, phone, or other means. Should any winner be uncontactable, VT Markets reserves the right to award the prize to a replacement winner or forfeit the prize.

10.  A list of winners will be displayed at the Client Portal – ClubBleu on 15 January 2024.

11.  VT Markets cannot guarantee the time at which winners may receive their prizes or whether the colours, functions, and other specifications of the gifts meet personal preference. Once prizes have been sent, VT Markets accepts no responsibility for the loss or damage of the prizes.

12.  In lieu of claiming the prizes, winners are entitled to redeem the cash value of the prizes to their nominated trading account. In such an instance, 20% of the reward’s value will be deducted.

13.  Prizes are subject to availability. VT Markets cannot guarantee the purchase or delivery of any prize in the event of force majeure. In such an instance, VT Markets will credit the actual value of the prize to the winner’s nominated trading account

14.  If a nominated trading account due for a cash transaction as part of this offer is not in USD, VT Markets will convert the value of the transaction into the corresponding account currency. Winners will need to confirm acceptance of this converted amount before we credit the amount to their account balance. All such transactions will be completed within 30 days following the confirmation.

15.  All prizes are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.

16.  VT Markets reserves the right to stop or deny any client’s participation in this promotion if any of these rules are breached or there is any suspected abuse of the promotion.

17.  VT Markets shall not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special, or consequential loss or loss of profits), cost, expense, or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection (directly or indirectly) with the offer.

18.  VT Markets will not be responsible for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.

19.  VT Markets reserves the right to amend or discontinue the offer at its sole discretion without any prior notice. Changes to these Terms will be made available online, and clients are encouraged to check our website regularly.

20.  If a winner is found in breach of any Terms in any way whatsoever prior to or after this offer, VT Markets reserves the right to deduct the value of their prize from their account balance.

21.  Any dispute or situation not covered by these Terms will be resolved by VT Markets at its sole discretion.
